My child's progress disappeared

Progress is stored on the device and nowhere else, so reinstalling the app or resetting the phone removes it. Use Backup & Restore in the parent area to save it as text first — that is the only copy that survives.

There is no sound

Every word and sentence is recorded and shipped inside the app, so sound works with no internet and with no text-to-speech engine installed. If a device is completely silent, check the volume and the silent switch first.

The microphone does not score my child on iPhone

iPhone and iPad cannot run speech recognition inside an app like this one, so on those devices the Speak screen becomes listen-and-repeat instead of scoring. On Android it scores what your child says. Nothing is recorded or sent either way.

How do I reach the parent area?

Press and hold the parent button for three seconds. It is a hold rather than a sum so that a child cannot simply solve it.
